The holiday starts on Saturday afternoon and ends on Saturday morning.

Included are:
• 12 1/2 hours of Flamenco dance class. (Technique exercises, choreography, rhythm and palmas.)
• 7 1/2 hours of Guitar playing for the classes.
• self serve breakfast (ingredients provided), snacks and drinks

• A Flamenco party or Flamenco festival accompaniment. (Tickets are NOT included in the price)
• A Cultural evening with a Flamenco video Forum. (Tapas dinner and drinks are included)

The holiday will have a different price depending how many people are attending the workshop:
1 person ...900 euros. ( private bedroom) It is possible to bring a guest with you.
2 persons...700 euros. (Shared room)
3 persons...600euros. (Shared room)
4 or more persons...450euros. (Shared room)


To reserve the holiday we require a
deposit of 50%.
The remainder payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

We only accept payment by most major credit cards for a 3% processing fee.

Conditions:
Booking: In order to reserve your holiday you need to fill out our booking form and send a deposit in advance of 25% of the total cost.

Payment: Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the appropriate deposit payment (or faxed proof of transfer). Upon receipt of the appropriate deposit payment, a Confirmation of Booking will be issued by detailing the total cost of the holiday, the amount paid and how much remains to be paid (the final payment). The final payment must be paid four weeks before commencement of the holiday. If it is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit.

Arrival and departure times: Departure time is by 11:00 am and arrival time is between 3:30pm and 9:00pm.

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing. If such notification is received more than 28 days before the holiday commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by us. Otherwise, the following charges apply: 15-30 days before, 40%; 10-14 days before, 75%; 9 days or less, 100%.
If you have a travel insurance policy and you have to cancel for reasons covered by the policy we will send you an invoice so that you can claim any money you have paid as a deposit. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance. You can buy insurance online with a credit card at http://www.endsleigh.co.uk They are a well know and reputable company.

Responsibilities: We strongly recommend that all members of the holiday party obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. Each unit will be cleaned and furnished with fresh bed linens and towels weekly. In addition there is a laundry machine accessible by both units in the utility room of the house. A custom laundry service is available upon request for an additional fee.
You are responsible for the property occupied and expected to take good care of it . We also require that you leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages are your responsibility, and their cost shall be refundable on demand.
