The owner´s name Javier and he speaks very little English. You are going to a small village called Mecina Fondales.

From Malaga Airport: Head east along the coast direction -Motril. Be careful not to enter into Malaga center. You should bypass it on the expressway. Just after passing Salobreña (looks like a mountain of sugar cubes) watch for a small exit direction-Granada heading inland. After about 20 min look for the exit to Lanjaron, La Alpujarra... you can't miss it. Pass through Lanjaron towards Orgiva. Just before entering Orgiva turn left where you will see several signes together directing you to the high alpujarra villages of Carataunas and Trevelez. As you pass Pampaneira continue towards Pitres. Then watch for a small exit to the right signed-Ferreirola/Mecina Fondales. Just as you enter Mecina Fondales you will see a Hotel called ¨Albergue de Mecina¨. You will be about a 3 min. walk to the house. Stop and call Javier (If you don't speak Spanish just say "Estamos Aqui") and he will come get you.
